Your Travel
-
Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) handles long distance flights.
-
Our guest coordinator, Andrea, will handle that for you! You’ll provide her with your flight information when you have it and she’ll arrange for your shuttle to Coconut Bay upon arrival and back to the airport when it’s time to leave.
-
Just outside of baggage claim there will be a kiosk for Coconut Bay, let them know the primary name on the reservation and they will take your bags and get you on your way to the resort.
-
There are several things you may be asked for and should have readily available.
*Valid passport (best to have it be valid for at least 6 months after the trip)
*Proof of onward travel (your flight leaving the island)
*Proof of accommodation on the island
*This form filled out (no more than 72 hours prior to arrival)
-
You do not! The resort is all inclusive and offers several options to get out and explore the island with transportation being handled for you.

Your Stay
-
We’ve elected to host our wedding at Coconut Bay Resort on the south east tip of St Lucia.
-
The wedding is designed to be from 1/31/28 to 2/5/28. This includes 3 days of wedding activities, a free day, and days for travel.
-
Your RSVP and reservation are one in the same. Navigate to our RSVP page and go over your options and pick the room that best fits your style of stay. You only will be responsible for the first night’s cost as a deposit and we will be notified that you’re joining the wedding celebration!
-
Coconut Bay has 3 distinct styles of stay:
Splash- Kid friendly
Harmony- Adults only
Serenity- Couples only villas
-
We ask that all reservations/RSVP’s be made by 10/01/2027 to ensure the room block is set.
-
The resort only allows us to block out so many rooms at a time, so the only way to guarantee the room of your choosing is to reserve it sooner rather than later. February is peak season for the region and we will need to add additional room to the block as the ones we’ve taken now are claimed. If your chosen room isn’t available, Andrea can check for availability for you.
The Celebrations
-
All of them! the BBQ, sunset catamaran cruise, & of course the wedding with reception to follow are all our ways of celebrating you joining us to begin our life as a married couple.
-
It will not. Eternity Beach has a stone pathway and seating area so you won’t have to worry about sand in your toes.
-
The Beachside BBQ will be a casual come as you wish event, so right at the start time is fine. The catamaran cruise and ceremony will be a meet time in the lobby so you can have transportation to them in time. Don’t worry too much, all those details will be provided for you at the resort.
-
All of the wedding events have been arranged and coordinated for you. Food & beverage service are included as well. We just ask that you show up and enjoy it with us.
-
You do not! We kindly ask if you will not be joining for the cruise that you let us know ahead of time so we can let the resort know. Other than that, we expect your presence to be your yes RSVP to events.
What to Wear
-
For the BBQ we ask that you wear whatever feels best! Whether it’s your cutest cover up after spending the morning by the pool, the craziest Hawaiin shirt in your closet, or just something that makes you comfortable…it’s all free game. Our photographers will be around snapping photos, so you have been warned.
-
We know it’s odd for you to be asked to wear whites to anything wedding related. However, you know that we are anything but typical. It’s going to look great and the bride know’s its happening. It might have even been her idea.
-
It’s not exactly that sort of cruise, so swimwear is not expected or required. If you are feeling adventurous, we suggest at least a towel.
-
Think classic wedding elegance with a little island flair. Floor-length dresses are encouraged, but tasteful cocktail-length dresses are absolutely welcome. For the gentlemen, lightweight suits and breathable fabrics are perfect for the Caribbean weather. Dress to impress, but don't forget we're on an island.
Invitations & RSVP
-
Click the picture to your left or navigate to our RSVP page on the main web page. That will allow you to browse the rooms available, make a deposit that secures your reservation, and notifies us that you will be coming to St Lucia!
-
October 1, 2027.
-
Due to the limited amount of space available for the resort, only listed guests are able to be brought. However, if you wish to bring someone they are more than welcome, however we won't be able to accommodate them at wedding activities.
-
Coconut Bay does allow for children on the resort, so we welcome you to bring your children for the week. However, if they are not listed on the invitation we do not have space for them at wedding events. The resort does include Kid’s Camp and late night sitting to fill their time so the option is available for your family to join if you wish.
-
We understand that plans can and will change because life happens. Our suggestion is to acquire travel insurance to cover the trip once you RSVP.
-
The e-mail that was sent to you with the link to this page will include the guest or guests that are included in the invite. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us!
-
Yes of course! Those will be sent out at a later date, we just want to give you a head start with making plans.
Miscellaneous
-
Absolutely! Just let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, or allergies. We’ll make sure it gets to the right people.
-
You won’t find one! We feel like your attendance is enough of a gift and we’ve been blessed to establish a home already. However, if you choose to bring one or a card to the wedding, there will be a place for them there.
-
Go ahead and type it in the box below and we’ll get back to you. Or just get in contact with us personally!
-
Yes! So much free time. The days are yours to explore as much as you want, and the resort offers many options that they can organize for you.
The couple will probably be found SCUBA diving at one point, Brandon will definitely be playing paintball the day after the wedding, and Kayla will be on the lazy river or by the pool.
Feel free to join anytime you see us or hike the Pitons, explore the jungle, or go shopping in town.
